Why Your Gift Matters
Giving to UCC is more than financial support, it is participation in the work God is doing through His church.
Scripture teaches that giving is worship and partnership in gospel ministry (Philippians 4:18; Philippians 1:5). The early church shared their resources to meet needs and advance the gospel (Acts 2:44–45), and Paul reminds believers that God multiplies what is given for His purposes (2 Corinthians 9:6–11).
Giving helps sustain preaching, discipleship, pastoral care, and the building of a stable church community in Gulu. It is also an act of laying up treasure in heaven, not merely investing in temporary things (Matthew 6:19–21).
