I Miss Church!

As days become weeks and weeks are soon turning into months, Covid-19 lockdown stress is beginning to run deep.

Recently, I dreamt that I was at our church and Sunday gathering was back. I got so excited and forgot to wash my hands.

I just went about church hugging everyone until one member of our church tapped me on the shoulder and reminded me that hand washing was still required.

I was overcome by the joy of seeing my church family and apparently, there were many more people who had come to church to worship than I expected.

Some were coming for the first time. I got so excited and I wanted to share with them the joy and hope that we have in Jesus. When I was still enjoying the exciting and warm welcome of our church family, I woke up.

It’s the kind of dream you don’t want to wake up from or if you wake up, you want to find that it’s true.
